From the 04 January 2021 till the 24th January 2021 Taaibosch is opening up it’s campsite for families and friends to come and enjoy the festive holiday season together.
A minimum of at least 3 cabins would need to be booked at a time for the campsite to be opened. You can either book together with families or friends, or contact us and join in when other folk are at site.
Taaibosch, being right on Durbanville’s doorstep, is a place to simply get away from it all without having to drive hours to do so. And what makes this location so unique is the fact that you feel peacefully miles from the big city and yet conveniently close enough to take a 7 minute drive to town for supplies.
The grounds themselves are extensive and the site gently slopes down towards the dam where you would be more than welcome to fish (catch & release).
Taaibosch consists of 8 dorms, which for the holiday season can easily sleep up to 20 people per dorm. We are completely off the grid and rely completely on solar with a generator running twice a day for shower hour.
- R 500 per dorm for a maximum of 5 people
- R80 per person there after to a maximum of 20
- Minimum booking is 3 cabins per night being a total of R1500 per night

Swimming in the dam is welcome but done at your own risk. Water activities are welcome, but no engines.
Fishing is strictly catch & release
Hiking trails are marked out
Bike riding is welcome along riding routes
BB gun area available
