DESCRIPTION:True North Experiences PTY LTD \nTerms & Conditions \n  \n\nThe True North Experiences team (TNE) will strive at all times to achieve it’s goals within the children’s best interest.\nTrue North Experiences will remain in charge of the group / camp and any executive decisions are made and managed by TNE.\nFor extreme disciplinary issues the parents will be called in.\nIf camping\, after the evening program is finished\, the client will resume full responsibility for all campers until wake-up time\, the next morning.\nThe school is responsible for discipline.\nArrival and departure times\, to and from the Holiday Day Camp must be according to times set out in the event description.\nNo alcohol\, smoking\, vaping or any other recreational drugs are allowed at Taaibosch.\nTNE will most likely record some media during camp/excursion/event that will be available to the client afterwards.\nMedia recorded can be used for the purposes of marketing & social media\, unless specified in writing by the client.\nHDC will be hosted at Taaibosch\, Phisantekraal.\nWhen arriving at the farm please KEEP TO THE SPEED LIMIT OF 20kms per hour.\nIf the gate to Taaibosch is closed please contact TNE Staff and DO NOT call the afterhours number for the farm.\nIn the case of any breakages or damage to any property\, the client will be invoiced accordingly\nwithin 5 working days after camp.\nOnce a booking is made it is not refundable upon cancellation or the child missing the day. If the day is moved due to special circumstances\, the client will be liable for a penalty fee of 10%.
